To begin the process of preparing the AAP(s), every OutSolve client is asked to send the data described in the Affirmative Action Plan Requested Data Elements:
This is the data OutSolve needs to prepare affirmative action plans. It is "snapshot" data, meaning it includes all active employees on a particular date. For example, if your plan date is April 1, you should provide snapshot data of all active employees on April 1.

OutSolve will be happy to complete a Disparity Analysis for each client at no additional charge. Note: For annual updates, Disparity Analysis data is required. If you would like this analysis performed, please send the data described in the Disparity Analysis Requested Data Elements. This form describes the format of applicants, hires, promotions, and terminations necessary for OutSolve to perform the Disparity Analyses (also called Impact Ratio Analysis or IRAs). The data is typically provided for a specific date range to be analyzed (quarterly, 6 months, 12 months, etc.)

The forms below describe the data request for optional services such as Compensation Analyses and EEO-1/VETS100 reporting. If you have elected to have OutSolve perform these services for you, please reference these specifications.
EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reports must be prepared using data from the third quarter. Like the data for AAPs, this is "snapshot" data from a selected date within the third quarter. If your affirmative action plan date falls during the third quarter, OutSolve can use data similar to that which was submitted for your AAP to prepare the EEO-1 and VETS-4212 reports.
