Listed below are several routine questions that we have been asked.

How much does it cost to attend the Summit?
There is no cost to attend this Summit - clients attend for free. You would only be responsible for your travel related expenses.

Will HRCI/SHRM credits will be offered?
Yes, our Summit is HRCI/SHRM certified. The number of credit hours will be determined at a later date.

What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual. The meeting space tends to be cold, so we suggest bringing a sweater or dressing in layers.

When and where is the Summit?
The Summit will be held Wednesday, June 10 - Friday, June 11 at The Westin New Orleans Canal Place. Hotel information is as follows:

How much is a room rate?
OutSolve's discounted Summit rate is $189/night, and may be used to reserve rooms from Tuesday, June 9 - Saturday, June 13. Discounted rates for the Summit end May 11, 2020.

How do I go about booking a room at The Westin New Orleans at the group rate?

Is the Summit located in the hotel?
Yes, the Summit is conveniently located at The Westin New Orleans.

Will Summit presentations be recorded?
Recordings of the Summit presentations will be posted to OutSolve’s client portal (under Training) a few days after the Summit ends.

I am no longer able to attend the Summit, what do I do?
Please send an email to summit@outsolve.com letting us know you are no longer able to attend.

Can I have another colleague attend in my place?
Yes, just have them go through the registration process via this link: Summit Registration page

The hotel is saying they are full, what do I do?

How is OutSolve’s Summit different from our seminars?
This Summit will take place downtown New Orleans at the Westin Hotel. This is our annual three-day Summit, with approximately 200 attendees. Differing from our classroom seminars, this Summit gives attendees the best opportunity to focus on learning new compliance practices, and sharing knowledge and experiences with other professionals.

How far is the airport?
The Westin New Orleans is located 12 miles from the airport (MSY). While the hotel does not have a shuttle to/from the airport, there are many transportation options from which to choose such as Lyft, Uber, and local taxis. The airport has several information desks and friendly employees to help you should you have any questions.

I will be driving to the Summit, where do I park?
For anyone driving, The Westin New Orleans offers on-site parking and valet parking. For more information, please contact The Westin New Orleans.

Are meals included?
Yes, OutSolve will provide breakfast and lunch on Thursday, and breakfast on Friday.
